Delivery, Cancellations & Returns
Delivery
All items include FREE delivery unless otherwise stated.
Items are normally dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail post. Normal delivery time is 3-5 days
All items are produced to order. This can take a few days. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive.
We do not ship internationally. All orders must be within the UK.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or armed forces addresses.
Cancellations
All products are produced to order. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been produced.
We may be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed. Please email us ASAP at info@easywaymerchandise.co.uk
Returns
We cannot accept any returns for incorrect size or change of mind, so please take extra care when ordering.
If the product you receive is defective or damaged in any way, please email us with details and photographs of the issue ASAP at info@easywaymerchandise.co.uk
For damaged or defective items, we will process a like-for-like exchange if we are notified of the defect within 28 days of the item being received.
